    UOS家庭版、20.9版、V23版都遇到过这种问题，无论是应用商店、星火还是wps官方下载的，都会出现这种情况。

    删除同目录下的 .~崩溃的文件名.doc 就行了，不用重装wps

    用WPS365吧，我用2019配置低也是卡的经常崩溃，WIN下面基本不能崩溃，但是365就会很流畅

    用20.9 的时候出现过几次，换了UOS家庭版也有几次，V23也有过。有时注销以下系统就好了。
