Hello people, I`m in Brazil. I like to know how can i activate the bluetooth in deepin, couse i can`t. Thanks.

Just click on bluetooth icon. Are using Deepin 15.04?

It is a pleasue to know that there are brazilians here, hehehe.

@fabricio If you can't enable your bluetooth through of the control center, you will need Windows with synaptcs installed for to do it.

Here, I needed to install both dual boot, Deepin and Windows 7 for this eventualities.

I'm also Brazilian and I have a similar problem. My CCE notebook has Bluetooth support but does not have a key dedicated to this function without a keyboard. I was able to make the Bluetooth icon appear using some Ubuntu packages but when I click on the icon an error message appears (paints on aenxo). How do I resolve this situation?

Hello everybody! I am also brazilian and I am having some others problems with the deepin bluetooth! I can activate the bluetooth and I can use it normally synchronizing my smartphone device. but I just can't sharing my files .the bluetooth application doenst allows this operation .What can I do about that?

Hi.. i have same problem with you.
i can't turn on bluetooth from deepin 15.4.1.

but, finaly i can turn on the bluetooth by installing blueman app.

sudo apt-get install blueman

Copy the Code

Now i can send, receive and connect speakers with no problem.

sorry for my bad english. Im from indonesia.

Hey! One more BR here!

I can see the BT icon, my PC see my smartphone, my smarthphone can see the pc BUT I can't pair. The smarthphone requires a PIN, I put a PIN but the PC do not ask for a PIN. So, I can't pair.

Meu inglês é péssimo, então como tem brasileiro aqui, vamos em português mesmo:

O celular vê o pc, o pc vê o celular mas não consigo parear. Qd clico, no pc, no nome do celular aparece como conectado mas no celular, não.

Alguma pista pra resolver isso?

You mean that your phone can not connect with pc,right?
Could you execute command sudo deepin-feedback-cli and send the log to us?
