Updated my system today, and got a brand new chromium version...
Everything's fine, except this update brings a known bug in Chromium with remote extensions (eg: Adblock, Stylish, and so on).
They're not enabled anymore, and you're not allowed to add new ones.

The workaround is described below :
  1. sudo vi /usr/share/applications/chromium.desktop
Copy the Code
or (depending on your prefered editor)
  1. sudo nano /usr/share/applications/chromium.desktop
Copy the Code
Find the line :
  1. Exec=/usr/bin/chromium %U
Copy the Code
and change it to
  1. Exec=/usr/bin/chromium %U --enable-remote-extensions
Copy the Code
Remove the chromium icon from you dock, and add it once again from the application launcher.
That's it.

All the best.

After I change this do I save it somehow? Sorry I'm new to Linux. I found the line and changed it. I'm just not sure how to enter or save it properly.

I suggest you to change the chinese title into "丢失和被禁用的 Chromium 扩展". The google translation is very strange.
