i have just installed deepin 15.4.1 and my touchpad is moving at 5-9 FPS. But if i use mouse, mouse is moving good//
intel microcode driver can`t fix it
acer apire e15 (5750G)//i3 6100U

I have the same problem on my acer aspire f15 using deepin 15.5

if your laptop is acer seria. you may have to set the touchpad into "standard" but not "advance" in the bios settings. i have the same trouble like you and i solve it by that step.
