I think maybe you created new user, and you used the new user login, the new user just only had read only permission for your another user
cat /etc/passwd
If the third parameter is larger than 1000, like following:deepintest1:x:1001:1001:deepintest1:/home/deepintest1:/bin/bash

I restated my laptop many time but did not solved he problem, but then I logged it into windows 10 and restarted again to return here in deepin the problem was solved itself. I dont know how... But it was... Any way thanks for support.
