Is this your first install and you are not able to enter deepin?
Could you check Partition mount and /etc/fstab files?

How can I do it?

1、Start the computer with PE or livecd
2、Mount deepin partition
3、gedit deepin partition /etc/fstab
4、Delete your modified parts

recovery mode?
it didn't work well in deepin.
livecd is better than fail-safe mode
