    Hello everyone!

    I installed the Deepin some days ago and i'm liking so much the system. After some applications installed on crossover, i asked myself how to put the shortcuts of this apps on the main menu? Create shortcuts on the desktop is a easy way, but i want to create this shortcuts on the main menu, in one of the categories, not only to cross over apps, but to apps added manually.
    Someone can help in this task?

    Thanks for your feedback.
    It depends on the application that you installed in crossover.
    If there is desktop file in the application, it will create shortcut on desktop or launcher.
    Otherwise, there will be no shortcut for some application.

    For example: If i install the Packet Tracer,installed on the deepin himself, i got a icon on the main menu. But the Office 2013 on crossover and another apps ,manually added/installed, don't appear on the main menu. I can add then to the desktop, but if i want to manually add then do the main menu, is possible?

    It depends on the application.
    We are not able to do that.
    If you download applications from Deepin store, there will be shortcut on launcher automatically.

    all desktop files in /usr/share/applications and ~/.local/share/applications will appear in the startup menu.

    if you can see the shortcut on your desktop, there must be some files named *.desktop, just copy the files to /usr/share/applications (recommended) OR ~/.local/share/applications.

    Then it should work. It works on me.

    Yes. There must be a desktop file.

    sudo apt-get install alacarte worked for me in 15.5 if you wanted a gui method
