    • Errors starting dde-dock and dde-desktop

    Hi!
    I have installed deepin desktop 15.4.1 on Debian testing.
    However, starting the desktop session fails with 2 errors:
    1. Nov 19 18:50:24 pc8-nb com.deepin.dde.Dock[925]: /usr/bin/dde-dock: relocation error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdtkwidget.so.2: symbol _ZN27QPlatformIntegrationFactory4keysERK7QString, version Qt_5 not defined in file libQt5Gui.so.5 with link time reference
    2. Nov 19 18:50:24 pc8-nb daemon/watchdog[901]: manager.go:76: Launch 'dde-dock' failed: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildExited:Process com.deepin.dde.Dock exited with status 127

    This means the desktop is empty but only the background is displayed.

    How can I fix this issue?

    You mean that you are using Debian system with deepin desktop?
    I think it is not available according to this page: https://www.deepin.org/en/dde/desktop-transplantation/

    actually it's SparkyLinux (which is based on Debian testing).
    This distribution is available according to this page.

    I think it is better to contact sparky Linux team. They know better about the whole desktop transplantation environment.

    Well... could you share the version of libQt5Gui.so.5 that must be used to have a working desktop?
    I think this is the lib causing the failure.
