Run the following command:
sudo apt-get --fix-broken install
Now try again what you did before.

Still not working , i just check list of deepin servers by country , my country is pakistan and in list there is no pakistani deepin server . i think i am unble to download files because my ip is from Pakistan. am i right ?

No,you're wrong.
Everyone can use the download servers from every country.
The advantage of servers from your own country is that they are faster.
If you use the servers from a country near to you,that works well,too.
There is a problem with the dependencies of your installed programs.
That looks really bad but I don't know how to fix it.

thank you for  helping and giving me useful information i am new to linux ,  i think i found the reason why i couldnot install things from server but i donnot know how to fix it

The post that you mentioned has nothing to do with the problem you met.

Please re-run the command in terminal
  1. sudo apt-get --fix-broken install
Copy the Code

and post the output in text rather in a screenshot. It's recommended to save all output in a plain text file, then upload it as an attachment.

sudo apt-get -f install
