You could give a try to "Deepin Graphics Driver Manager" (available in the Deepin Store) and change the stock driver with one of the 3 provided there.
It may help, despite some annoying side effects (xorg abnormal cpu consumption).

omg it works amazing thank you soooooo much. now im never switching back to windows

the performance is sorta better, BUT its nowhere near the performance in games like windows. could i update my xorg drivers.

I'd suggest the last one, (which you should already have switched to), but I believe the lack of performance is not driver dependant, but instead "Xorg" (the GUI engine) dependant (especially if you play in windowed mode)

I'm afraid you won't get better perfs for now, until Deepin switches to a better one (Wayland anyone) ?
Maybe someone here would give you a better explanation, or some kind of workaround I never thought of
