I had the same issue, and I solved with this:

When the computer starts and you are on the screen where you can choose to start linux deepin or windows (this screen is called grub) leave the linux deepin selected and then press TAB, some options will appear, you have to look for "quiet splash", use the arrow keys to go aftet "splash", and then type "nomodeset", press enter and the system will load!

My laptops on with a black screen. There is no optionto select windows and linux. In this case, how can i get the grub screen

Try pressing F11 or F8 while you turn your computer on...

F11 and f8 is not working. Is there any other ways to solve this?

I fixed the problem by formatting the disk and installing womdows 10
