Deepin freezes

I am using deepin since last 6months but there is a porblem which arises some time(now a days alot). when ever it do some sort of copiying or read write operation or even starting a new application it freezes the system(complety non responding state) some time it comes back to normal state after some time but majority I have to manually restart it from power button.
My laptop is Corei3 (3rd generation)
HDD 500GB
Ram 4Gb

Could you please send a screenshot to show the issue? And log of the issue is perfered.

As i told system freezes I am unable to capture screen shot. But i will try to do it by some external cam.

It seems to be an hardware problem.
Do you have a Lenovo notebook?
The Kabylake CPU freezes on some types of Lenovo notebooks.

it is not lenovo Its Haier's laptop. I am also thinking that its some sort of hardware issue. But the issue is that it does not freezes in windows 10. it only does that in deepin.

Ah ok, so it is a software bug, not an hardware issue.
It's a good news for you, because it means that you must only wait that the AM team fixes the issue.
