I gather from this thread that Deepin 15.4 has the option to change the monitor refresh rate. I'm running Deepin 15.5 with Antergos, but I can't seem to find a way to change the refresh rate, only the resolution. Does the option actually exist?

Why you need refresh rate?

Most hardware in this world don't need refresh rate anymore, are you still use CRT monitor?

I have a 144hz monitor, and Deepin defaults to 60hz. If I change the refresh rate with xrandr it's far nicer to use, but I'd rather not have to run the command every time I log in if there's supposed to be something accessible through the control centre.

No refresh rate option in DDE Control Center, you can set it by dbus interface(com.deepin.daemon.Display) or xrandr.

Is this via the dconf Editor? I have /com/deepin/dde/display, but no settings available in there that aren't already covered by what's in the control centre.

No, it's dbus(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D-Bus), you can find it by d-feet.
