Same problem for me but here it happened some minutes after the start, not immediately.
I fixed it with downgrading the kernel to version 4.9
I found out that older kernel versions aren't removed when new are installed so to make use of the 4.9 kernel, you can simply remove the new one.
sudo apt-get remove linux-image-4.14-deepin1-amd64

After last update, deepin os freezes immediately after startup. The desktop background stays black, after startup I am able to perform some tasks but within a couple seconds it completely freezes, and I cant reboot.
Hope somebodies has suggestions?
Thanks alot!
