    1.Screen stays blank for couple of minutes after login
    2.Power options like reboot & shutdown dont do anything,moreover system hangs3.Hotspot doesn't give speeds

    Any help would be grateful

    Please send the log to us when the issue happen.
    Here is the way to get the log:
    Execute  command in terminal
    1. sudo  deepin-feedback-cli
    Copy the Code

    I had similar issues after updating and for me the workaround was to choose the advanced boot option and select older kernel version option. With that kernel version system worked normally again.

    If tahas solution work,you can go back to the working kernel version permanently by removing the new one:
    sudo apt-get remove linux-image-4.14.0-deepin2-amd64

    thank you for responding.I ve searched about that also.but removal of kernel automatically uses previous available.so i went for it.

    Tried to execute that command . taking too much time @
    executing sliceinfo_video.
    I removed and stayed back with previous version of kernel.
    And ran the same command again.It gave a report fast.
    "executing sliceinfo_video." what might be the problem.(For future caution)
