2018-06-17 04:03 deepin This is not an error，，it is because you update your system from 15.5 to 15.6Beta，next time you start up， just click "restore"，then run “sudo apt-get update & sudo apt-get full-upgrade” in the terminal, you system will upgrade to the new release of 15.6.

I managed to bring my custom sources back.
Went to:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d
and changed *list.save backup files back to *list files.
