    I’m having the same exact issue it looks like line ripples on the video never had that with 15.6 I like Deepin but every new update seems like a take back with new bugs and issues.

    What browser ?  Firefox and Opera work fine here .

    Browser, video card, video driver, PC info, etc. As Youtube doesn't play from Deepin without any app (or whatever system).

    Due to some internal Issued Google Chrome and Opera cannot play YouTube Video as well as other operating. Hope next Major Update can fix all Issued facing till Now. //Nepal

    Youtube is playing just fine here for me in 15.7.

    My hardware is: HP EliteBook 8460p, Intel graphics.
    Browser: Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)
