your .desktop file may be modified , should check the .desktop file. you should recovered it .you can copy the google icons which you need to the ~/.local/share/icons.

My beautiful Deepin-colored stock chart theme 
since the upgrade to 15.7 all the chrome apps (the sites in google chrome you "convert" to an application) don't have the icon anymore (in the app drawer, the dock, desktop, just nowhere). Before I had for example the calendar icon for the google calendar application, now everything only show the google chrome icon instead of the application one...
Screenshot is attached. Has someone an advise?
