It turns out that release 15.7 comes with an annoying bug which affects time display on lock screen on locales listed above. The bug prevents the time display from working properly. If you're on one of these locales, you've most likely already faced the problem. So, here is your fix. Download the attached file (fix.zip), extract contents and follow the instructions comes with it.

15.7 sürümünde kilit ekranındaki saat/tarih göstergesi sorununu çözmek için ekteki sıkıştırılmış dosyayı indirin, içeriğini ayıklayın ve;
1. Dosyaların bulunduğu dizinde terminal ekranını açın. (Sağ tık > uçbirimde aç)
2. Daha sonra şu komutu girin ve enterlayın:
3. Yönetici parolanızı girdikten sonra tekrar enter a basın
