    I ınstall Nvıdıa drivers with the tool but after restar this warning appears and Deepin uses old driver with less resolution.
    "Cannot switch to Nvidia Prorierty drivers. Switched back to open source alternative"

    i have already done that but the same. i have also purged nvidia and tried but still the same.

    I am using another computer now and this Driver Tool doesnt work at all. It can not install drivers.

    This is a serious issue with Deepin, even though if you can install the drivers with the tool you can't update them to the latest versions nor install the drivers from NVIDIA. Please post your hardware so we might get an idea of the issue.

    You can use the synaptic package manger to install the nvidia  driver.  
    1. sudo apt install synaptic  
    Copy the Code
    If you use the proprietary 390 driver use the following.
    1. sudo apt install nvidia-driver
    Copy the Code
    There is a legacy driver for older graphics cards.

    so legacy driver needs xserver packages which are missing. So yeah, might be the driver tool and apt work only for the happy owners of the newer cards that use the default nvidia driver of the 390xx line, but for older ones - it seems that even if you force the installation you might end up with that issue of failure in graphics driver and switching back to nouveau open driver... Unfortunately...
