Any time you enter Default Applications it show or hides them in complete randomness:

So…Pretty unreliable it become for switching applications based on pure luck)

Even though my main test machine is on Manjaro Deepin, Deepin also has this bug.

Welcome here to the Deepin Forum.!
My original Debian based deepin, and Arch deepin both seemed to be every other time random. I was rather surprised my Fedora deepin does not do it at all.

Haven't tried this  ...

These links also include the old fc29 procedure using Copr by mosquito third party repo. Please skip that part as it is not up to date, the dev's have limited energy there. As since then the Fedora Engineering and Steering Committee (FESCo) has formally approved of Deepin being offered by Fedora 30. DeepinDE packages are packaged and built in Fedora Rawhide now.

This bug still there after latest updates for Deepin & Manjaro Deepin.
But i've noticed that there are no such bug on one of my test-machines with nvidia videocard, so probably it's video-driver related.

It's pretty easy to reproduce this bug just clean install Deepin on VirtualBox, behaves exactly same as my Sony VAIO Z11VRN

Thx, that's interesting!
