    • Cannot delete file in trash

    After a clean install of 15.10.1 I cannot delete a file from the trash can. I messed up somewhere and I don't have permission to delete it anymore. I tried the command sudo dde-file manager and, even so, I wasn't able to delete the file!

    1. sudo chmod 775 /home/carlos/.local/share/Trash/files/1
    Copy the Code

    Then try to delete..

    Or you can always:
    1. cd /home/carlos/.local/share/Trash/files
    2. sudo rm -rf 1
    Copy the Code

    Thanks prijatelj!, but it didn't work! And right after posting, the file changed name!
    I've screen recorded my attempt but don't know how to post it!

    I am sorry it didn't work.. Can you try this..

    1. gksudo dde-file-manager /home/carlos/.local/share/Trash
    Copy the Code


    Then try to delete from GUI..

    Thanks again! But that didn't work either! I've just reinstalled everything, Windows 10 and Deepin. Now everything is working properly again!
