I've just recently started using Deepin, and am new to Linux.

I've been trying to find a way to install the desktop syncing app for MEGA [https://mega.nz/sync].
I tried downloading the debian version and installing it using ubuntu instructions I found online. 
我在尝试寻找能够下载可同步的MEGA[https://mega.nz/sync]桌面版应用。
我已经试验了用Debian版本的应用，然后按网上找到Ubuntu中的指导以下载。

However, that didn't seem to work.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can do it please?

Also, I've installed Deepin on my macbook pro, but can't seem to get the camera working so that I can use Skype.

Anyone have any luck with installing a driver for it please?

I am using the latest version of Deepin 15.10.1, and Megasync is running smoothly on my laptop from installation of Deepin.
Maybe the complicated release version of Megasync confused you.
Well, Deepin 15.10.1 is based on the Debian 9.0, SO the proper version of Megasync for Deepin 15.10.1 is shown as below:

And, here is the Megasync dock-tray in my laptop now:


(2)Camera:
I do not know. No experience to use it.
