    Does anyone know how I can fix this? Apparently, this is making my Deepin boot intermittently working on and off.. It will reach the Deepin logo and stay there. I power it off, back on and it will work. But this is unpredictable.

    Can you check if you have the corresponding firmware package installed for kernel 5.1.16-050116-generic.

    Looks like you installed kernel from non-official source. Do you experience the issue with official kernel?

    Yes. I experience the same issue with the official kernel. As well as my stepson's laptop. He has the very same issue. The problem started when it updated to 15.10.2.

    Linux Kernel came from the original source. I tried previous Linux Kernels, including the original 4.15 version, and it still gives the same result. Something about the new updated Deepin version that screwed the boot.

    This is the original source of Linux Kernels where I installed the latest kernel.

    Please run "deepin-feedback-cli" and post the result here.

    Try disconnecting external drive if any and boot. Also you can press "Esc" key as soon as deepin os starts, this will drop text mode. You may see something on display.

    Any file to specifically post? The compressed files are huge... After running deepin-feedback-cli", it provides two compressed files.

    I have no external drive. I attached two compressed files and uploaded it to deepin-feedback's page. Let me try "ESC" key and see what text it "spits-out".
