AMD (open) drivers are related to the kernel version. Recent AMD hardware tends not to be compatible with older Kernel (which Deepin brings).
You can try installing a newer kernel. For example, Liquorix. As for the owner, I was never successful in installing.

I've just installed Deepin on my new computer and the first thing I noticed was the very poor graphics performance. The first thing I tried was to use the Graphics Driver Manager but it says that my GPU is unsupported and it may get support in the future. The next thing I tried is to download the drivers from AMD's website. But no luck with this either. It tries to install the amdgpu and the amdgpu-lib32 packagesbut according to the output; there's a dependency issue with these packages:
