yes that's what i did , however after that , the selection was from "Use Open Source Driver" to "Use Closed Source Driver" however it didn't update at that point , moreover when i try to shutdown,reboot using the power button the background turned white and i can see some pink dots when i reboot/shutdown.
now i get bios errors while booting which isn't effecting the pc that much , but it's annoying , i updated the kernel and it get rid of like 80% of the errors , now still like 4 errors which i don't know

so i'm new to deepin and i want to install nvidia driver , is there anyone who could help me?
i have GTX 1060 6GB , any help is appreciated.
i have installed nvidia-driver nvidia-setting nvidia-detect from the Synaptic Package Manager and no luck , my card is not detected by the Graphics Driver Manager.
