    I found a solution of this problem.
    Install dconf-editor. Run it and go to the item /com/deepin/dde/dock/delay-plugins-time.
    Disable Use default value and set the Custom value to 300 then apply and logout. If it does not help then set 400 or 500.

    This solution will solve the problem of language change


    But it still does not indicate what language was selected

    This solution allows loading dock widgets with a delay (in milliseconds). Try experimenting with this value.The keyboard switch widget started after a system reboot.
