The latest version deepin v20 beta is based on Debian 10 and its dependency is diffrent from previous version.  Upgrading between major releases (v15->v20)  will cause some errors.  Besides, there are lots of bugs in this unstable beta release.  You can change the source list to https://community-packages.deepin.com/deepin/  and upgrage , but you need to fix dependency error . So it's not recommended to do that.
