    You can try this command "sudo apt-get install nvidia-driver".
    Also you can install new driver file from NVIDIA's website and install it with commands.

    It seems like that the NVIDIA legacy driver 390.116 has build problems on new linux kernels, which was fixed in NVIDIA driver 390.132 (see https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/153908/). Unfortunately, the 390.132 driver isn't in deepin or debian stable repository, So you may install the new driver manually from the website above or from debian testing repository.

    NVIDIA legacy driver has been upgraded to version 390.132 in Debian 10.4, and you could install it from Debian stable repository now.
