That should not be the issue. Donation policy is 60% to dev, 20% to packager and 20% to Deepin.. If I remember correctly..

The system functioned perfectly well in 15.11 so I don't see how it is a problem in v20...

How to create shortcut like in Windows? 
In v20 Currently there is no option to donate in App Store, no option to recommend programs or to request update. When will those features be back in Store? Those were some great features.
