GIMP krita-4.2.9 photoGIMP都输入不了中文

官方商店编译的GIMP和Krita都是可以输入中文的。星火商店这边的Inkscape和Krita也可以输入中文，只有PhotoGIMP上传之前没有修改，没办法输入中文。下次更新的时候会改改看。
