When I copy a file with mouse and Ctrl pressed, the cursor icon is changing to the wrong icon.

Steps to reproduce:
1. move file with left mouse button pressed
2. while moving file, hold Ctrl to change default behaviour to copy file.

3. It should now change the icon under the mouse cursor to "copy". But instead it stays with this little arrow saying I am moving the file not copying.
