还可以交叉编译。但是需要注意，交叉编译并不是万能，你引用的类库就必须能跨平台才行。比如ffmpeg就有人写了个交叉编译的脚本，在ubuntu 14.04下直接编译出windows的可执行程序exe，你可以参考一下： https://github.com/rdp/ffmpeg-windows-build-helpers

在Windows下配置GCC编译器，简单的话可以选择TDM GCC二进制包，前端用Code::Blocks或者Dev-C++（官网被土啬，需要梯子）。
