    1、问题：发现设置中的代理服务器，不友好，没有排除本地的功能，如127.0.0.1



    请添加 排除本地功能的！！！

    2、发现deepin不支持 chrome 的代理设置

    chrome有很多代理管理插件，我用的是SwitchyOmega这个插件
