如题，2015 a1 版本 pppoe 拨号宽带连不上，显示“ppp服务无法在限定时间内启动”，求解。

请升级2015系统，然后重启后在启动器找到深度用户反馈，然后用这个软件上报bug吧
因为这样上报能够让我们获取需要的系统信息
