    我从商店里下载并安装了，但是播放的时候不出声。提示缺少安装插件 ，怎么解决

    用gst-core去商店里搜。

    先用应用商店安装synaptic（也就是新力德），然后再打开新立德，在里面搜索gstreamer1.0-ugly，gstreamer1.0-base，gstreamer1.0-good-plugin，gstreamer1.0-bad-plugin，gstreamer1.0-tool，gstreamer1.0-vaapi等等，只要是gstreamer开头的都可以装，gstreamer有0.1和1.0两个版本，可以同时安装，深度音乐用的是0.1版，kwplayer要用1.0版的gstreamer。
