抽空更新了一下项目，本次更新：

优化搜索程序功能，改变搜索界面样式
添加重试机制，修复卸载程序时，第一次点击会提示异常
启动倒计时缩减5秒钟
优化安装/卸载程序时，弹出提示消息

PS：寻找前端vue大佬和electron打包大佬，学习样式优化和打包配置修改等相关知识

玲珑程序运行异常应该是玲珑环境的问题，亦或者是玲珑程序的问题，本项目只是把命令进行可视化操作
