关闭Windows快速启动。

呵呵，，我也遇到这个问题，一个是要关闭windows 的快速启动功能，另外一个是不要在windows 里休眠，再次启动的时候进到deepin ，而是要能够重启Windows然后再岛deepin 里就能去掉文件夹锁的问题。
