    如下图所示，当拖动窗口顶部和任务栏顶部对齐时，会出现窗口被吸附的卡顿现象，是故意这样设计的，还是bug啊

    一般都是屏幕边缘吸附，关键是他这个吸附位置好奇特，很容易造成拖动窗口卡顿
