如果要登录后台，就必须扶梯。
如果只是代码托管，那这种托管平台，国内很多。

IP不能用了再换一个，如果所有IP都不行，此方法也就无效了。
Linux的 hosts 文件是：/etc/hosts，需要用管理员修改。
