    重装系统吧。我之前也是升级了，出现了奇怪的问题。重装后基本正常了。

    看看音频输出设备是不是选的不对，我的也是重装以后没声音，后来发现重装之后声音输出设备那里默认选的是HDMI输出，我的显示器不带喇叭，所以没声音了，换成line out改到音箱输出就好了。仅供参考，估计各位大神第一个就会排除这个小问题吧😁
