[Freezing/Lagging] 开企业微信容易卡死

在应用商店安装了企业微信,一开企业微信,系统容易卡死,键盘都无法输入,只能硬重启。请问是什么问题,有解决方法吗

新年好,系统都是安装在机械硬盘上的吗?如果机械硬盘上存在坏道,读取到该区域时有几率会导致系统读写异常

可以看看以下:

  1. 安装微信wine版本,查看是否可以正常运行或导致系统异常

  2. 在打开企业微信或系统不流畅时,可在终端执行

    dmesg
    

若出现I/O相关的报错,则有可能是硬盘存在坏道,读取时出现异常导致卡死

若微信wine版本不存在该问题,可以通过应用商店下载"deepin-wine诊断工具"收集异常应用的日志信息,通过上传日志文件协助开发团队诊断问题

我使用的是海康的SSD,目前没发现IO error之类的log。使用微信暂时未发现卡死的情况,home目录那里多了一个log文件,是deep-win自动生成的吗,能否看出问题

更新了一下kernel,开启企业微信暂时未发现之前那种卡死的现象。更新版本如下:

sudo apt install linux-image-5.18.17-amd64-desktop-hwe
sudo apt install linux-image-5.18.17-amd64-desktop-hwe-dbg
reboot
