    hello，我想请问一下如何实现窗口的惯性晃动。大概效果：当鼠标移动窗口时，窗口变得Q弹。

    20.9和UOS可能还行，装一个KDE的设置程序，好像是systemsettings

    刚看了一下V23貌似没有这个软件包了，设置不了
