空载时候的频率已经解决了，现在满载的时候频率变成了400mhz😢

执行上面的命令即可，但前提是要加入内测并升级下系统，不然可能会无法找到软件包

现在有个新问题了，就是安装完tlp之后，cpu空载频率上去了，但是满载的时候频率又降成400hmz了

安装完后cpu频率很低，无论是6.1的内核还是5.1的内核都是这样的情况
，bios里的虚拟化开了也是只有400mhz，关了也还是400mhz
