我记得有人说是全盘安装才有这个选项的？（另外有人用的系统升级工具也有这个）

不是全盘安装的话建议用btrfs文件系统，备份和恢复都很方便而且更快。

我的确用的btrfs，不过使用timeshift时说我选中（Roota）的不是系统磁盘，可我的确选择的btrfs格式的根目录所在分区😂 可能是有分区要求？
