系统的无线mac地址联网时永远都是固定的，但是每次断网无线mac地址永远都不一样，像是随机生成的？？？？？？

你说的是IP地址吧。MAC是唯一、不变的，除非刻意修改

这个跟路由器也有关。你去路由上面，绑定一下 MAC。

MAC变来变去的，如果不是刻意修改的，查下后台的服务吧，可能有点服务不希望电脑归你使用。
