当选 节电模式 后，频率基本在600MHz， 但是重新插电就一直在2GHz以上，只有重新选一下 节电模式 才掉下来，如图。

另外更新RC后明显风扇狂转。 也试过 intel_pstate=disable ， 感觉也没卵用，不知道是电源管理的问题还是系统cpu策略的问题，哪个大佬帮忙看看。

也没开什么东西，在键盘的地方都烫， 另外怎么回滚到上一版？
