    deepin23最近升级后，双显示器任务栏设置主屏显示后不起作用

    更换了显示器插线顺序重启后还是一样，任务栏只能固定在某一个显示器上，无法调整

    双屏在rc阶段，属于功能上未与前期版本拉齐，因为对任务栏进行了重构，在RELEASE版本会解决此类问题。
